ASF said the changes are designed to strengthen management depth and accelerate growth in its core markets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor more than 62 years, ASF has been recognized for quality, reliability, and our entrepreneurial spirit,\u201d said co-owner Paula Giorgio, speaking for the company\u2019s board. \u201cDan brings a proven record of scaling privately held distribution businesses into global powerhouses. Before that, he headed W\u00fcrth Industry North America and served as an executive vice president of the W\u00fcrth Group, one of the world\u2019s largest fastener distributors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m excited to return to an industry I know well,\u201d Hill said in the company\u2019s statement. \u201cASF has a strong foundation and family ownership. Our focus now is to modernize systems, diversify our customer base, and invest in the people who make the company successful.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company also named several new leaders:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Andrew Taylor<\/strong>, chief operating officer<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jon DeRyckere<\/strong>, chief financial officer<\/li>\n<li><strong>Laura Locker<\/strong>, director of human resources<\/li>\n<li><strong>Patrick Muldowney<\/strong>, director of supply chain<\/li>\n<li><strong>TJ Downey<\/strong>, director of sales and operations<\/li>\n<li><strong>Darin Sirois<\/strong>, director of project management<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mersija Mehmedovic<\/strong>, director of automotive sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ASF said the expanded leadership team will focus on diversifying its customer base, acquiring privately held fastener companies, and upgrading its technology infrastructure to support scalable growth.<\/p>\n<p>Headquartered in Roseville, Mich., ASF operates nine North American facilities, a European distribution center, and sourcing offices in Asia.
